THE AI
CINEMA LAB
AI IS THE MEDIUM. CINEMATOGRAPHY IS STILL THE LANGUAGE.
Every sequence is engineered with traditional cinematic principles, treating AI models as precise virtual camera rigs rather than simple image generators.
DRAG TO ROTATE

“Building an AI-generated film is less like pressing a button and more like conducting an orchestra of probabilistic models. Every second of footage is sculpted through iterative refinement; balancing optical consistency, kinetic energy, and spatial continuity until the digital medium feels entirely tangible.”
01
CONCEPT & WORLDBUILDING
Establishing core lore, narrative arcs, character continuity, and atmospheric tone. Before a single frame is generated, the visual physics and rules of the universe are strictly defined.
02
STORYBOARDING & VISUAL PLANNING
Mapping out every sequence beat-by-beat. Every scene is broken down into structured shot lists—defining lens selection, spatial framing, key lighting temperatures, and camera trajectories long before generation begins.
03
CINEMATIC DIRECTION & VISUAL PHYSICS
Translating narrative intent into precise optical specifications. Every shot accounts for depth-of-field behavior, color profiles, camera movement speeds, and visual continuity to keep characters and environments locked across cuts.
04
DUAL-ENGINE GENERATION
We leverage specialized generation engines based on the specific kinetic and lighting demands of the scene: Google Models (Veo 3.1 & Omni Flow): Deployed for high-fidelity atmospheric lighting, complex fluid physics, and dramatic cinematic camera movements. Seedance: Utilized for high-energy motion, precise speed ramping, and complex multi-subject action choreography.

DUAL-ENGINE WORKSPACE 05
THE ITERATION REALITY
This is not a single-prompt, "fire-and-forget" process. Producing a polished 2-minute episode requires hours of continuous refinement—testing speed ramps, adjusting motion physics, re-rendering continuity breaks, and dialing in camera angles. A single short episode often takes around 7 hours of dedicated iteration and generation time.

RAW PASS → FINAL GRADE 06
EDIT & POST-PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY
Raw visual assets are assembled in CapCut to lock pacing, narrative retention, and spatial continuity. Custom-designed hydroacoustic audio, voice design, and soundscapes are layered to finalize the edit for release.
